Designed for those who either think they can’t draw or wish to try a different approach in their art. We will explore how colour, tone and texture can be used to produce dynamic pictures, all without drawing a single object; lots of experimenting, lots of fun! Tea and coffee facilities are available but please bring a packed lunch. Art materials can be bought from The Art Shop in Loughton High Road.
Materials and Equipment: A3 cartridge pape NOT surface watercolour paper, any size, 140lb Brushes, round and flats Painting knife (if you bring acrylics) Drawing pencils A few coloured pencils Any sort of pens 12" ruler Rubber Drawing compass Low tack masking tape Palette Water container Kitchen roll Anything else you can't manage without!
