Come and stretch your body and relax your mind.
These classes are for all levels even if you have never done yoga before.
The course will consist of breathing, stretching, back, forward and side bends and twists in sitting and standing positions.
Such postures lead to flexibility, release of tensions, calmness and wellbeing.

These classes will cover:
* Relaxation / letting go of stress
* Yoga postures (limbering, stretching and flexing the body)
* Learning to breathe fully
* Introduction to meditation (different techniques / concentration/ visualisation/chakras)
Please wear loose clothing (track suit bottoms or leggings) and bring a mat to work on and a blanket for relaxation.
