FORM and enrolment procedures.
On-line applicants should print
the enrolment form, fill it in and send it together with a cheque
for the class fee + membership fee made out to 'BHCA'
and an SAE for the return of their confirmation and receipt
(or cheque if class is full).

We regret
that we do not have the facilities for phone, credit card or debit
card enrolments.

Membership
In addition to class fees all
students must be members of Buckhurst Hill Community Association.
The annual membership fee are as follows:

Unless
otherwise stated, course fees quoted are for one 10-week term.
BHCA reserves the right to close a class and refund class fees pro
rata where numbers do not make it viable to continue. Other refunds
can only be made in very exceptional circumstances as BHCA needs to
ensure its classes remain viable for those remaining in them.
